This Cookie Policy explains how MYIA (“we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on the heal.dev website. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. Our approach
The heal.dev website does not set any cookies. We use no analytics, advertising, tracking, or profiling cookies, and we do not display a cookie consent banner.
For website analytics we use Plausible, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that sets no cookies and collects no personal data or cross-site identifiers.
We do not use tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or any other non-essential client-side storage technology.
2. Storage we use
The only client-side storage set by this website is a single strictly-necessary item, stored in your browser's local storage (not a cookie):
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
heal-theme | First-party | Remembers your light/dark display preference | Strictly necessary | Until cleared |
Because this item is strictly necessary to provide a feature you have explicitly requested, we do not ask for your consent to set it, in accordance with Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés) and the CNIL's guidelines on cookies and trackers.
3. Managing storage
You can control or delete cookies and other browser storage through your browser settings. Most browsers let you view stored data, block it, or delete it. See your browser's help pages for instructions:
Deleting the heal-theme item simply resets your display preference to the default; the website will continue to work normally.
4. Changes to this policy
If we introduce cookies or non-essential trackers in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your prior consent before setting them.
